Client Account Administrator

Job description

Job type: Full-time or part-time
Salary: Dependent on experience

As a Client Account Administrator, you will be working directly with our Account Managers and Digital Account Executives to ensure the smooth running of the team.

The role has varied duties all with the aim of providing key administrative support to our busy marketing, comms and digital team.

We’re looking for an innovative, organised and self-motivated person who thrives in a creative, challenging and busy environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support for organising key events
  • Managing reviews and collation of client feedback
  • Draft communications for clients
  • Support teams with the production of monthly reports and daily activities to support this task
  • Managing company emails and phone
  • Distributing press releases and chasing-in coverage
  • Conducting research to support the wider team
