Key responsibilities
- Strategically planning and managing client social media campaigns across all channels – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok to continually drive growth, reach and engagement
- Provide consultancy to help our clients plan, build and deliver a coherent and effective social media presence
- Concepting, planning and developing content in line with client objectives
- Constantly look for opportunities, partnerships, and new ways to innovate on social
- Stay up to date with current trends and proactively produce sparkling content to engage and inspire audiences to take action
- Work closely with our Digital Account Executive to support paid advertising campaigns across social media
- Weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting of performance using analytics to make strategic updates to management of accounts
- Using software and templates to create beautiful, branded graphics to support content and campaigns
Your skills
Proven experience in growing a business’ following and driving engagement across multiple channels
Ideally agency experience or in-house managing multiple brands
Capable of building strong relationships with our clients
Exceptional content writer
Comfortable at all levels from building plans, writing copy, creating content, executing and then evaluating – this is a full spectrum role
